RETURN POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original delivery date.
You will receive a NAMI CHIC store credit (an e-card that never expires) for all returns.
Your items will be exchanged for the same item at the same price in a different size (based on availability).
There are NO refunds for shipping charges when items were originally shipped.
The cost of return shipping, $6.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or you are unsatisfied with the product ordered and would like a different one, please reach us at info@namichic.com. If the item is not available, you will be issued store credit.
CONDITIONS
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, still tagged, and in its original condition or it will not be eligible for return/exchange. The same applies to bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates, but they must also be returned with the original protective adhesive strip fully attached or it will not be eligible for return/exchange.
SALE ITEMS
All FINAL sale items will be indicated on the item product page and in checkout noting the item is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In cases of extenuating circumstance (damaged or incorrect item sent), we will do our best to accommodate you.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will issue a return, exchange or replacement free of charge. If we are contacted outside of the 3-day time frame or the item is tampered with, we unfortunately cannot issue a return or exchange.
AFTERPAY
If an order was placed through Afterpay and the item was returned, please note that you are still responsible for paying the remaining balance for the returned item through Afterpay even though store credit is received.
STORE CREDIT
An e-gift card is emailed to you once your return has been received and processed. On occasion emailed gift cards are sent to Spam folders, so please check there before reaching out to Customer Service. All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.
