SHIPPING POLICY

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and sent from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

For Pre-Order items, please be aware that your order will be processed based on availability and shipping delays may occur as those pre-order items are available at a later date.

 

SHIPPING RATES (DOMESTIC)

Ground Shipping: $8.00 (3 -10 Business days)

Expedited Shipping: $15.00 (3 - 5 Business days)

Express Shipping: $30.00 (1 - 2 Business days)

 

For Ground shipping, all orders $99+ qualify for FREE SHIPPING!

For Expedited and Express Shipping, orders placed before 11am CST will be processed the same day as long as the item is available. This is not applicable to pre-order and back-order items.

Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekends, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered. There may be additional delays from postal service provider exceptions beyond our control.

You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order and ensuring your package is being sent to a secure location. You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to make changes to your address (this does not apply to expedited and express deliveries).

NAMI CHIC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.
