Orders are processed and sent from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
For Pre-Order items, please be aware that your order will be processed based on availability and shipping delays may as those pre-order items are available at a later date.

Ground Shipping: $8.00 (3 -10 Business days)
Expedited Shipping: $15.00 (3 - 5 Business days)
Express Shipping: $30.00 (1 - 2 Business days)
For Ground shipping, all orders $99+ qualify for FREE SHIPPING!
For Expedited and Express Shipping, orders placed before 11am CST will be processed the same day as long as the item is available. This is not applicable to pre-order and back-order items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original delivery date. You will receive a NAMI CHIC store credit (an e-card that never expires) for all returns.
Your items will be exchanged for the same item at the same price in a different size (based on availability).
There are NO refunds for shipping charges when items were originally shipped.
The cost of return shipping, $6.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or you are unsatisfied with the product ordered and would like a different one, please reach us at info@namichic.com. If the item is not available, you will be issued store credit.
CONDITIONS
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, still tagged, and in its original condition or it will not be eligible for return/exchange. The same applies to bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates, but they must also be returned with the original protective adhesive strip fully attached or it will not be eligible for return/exchange.
